Well, the camp has been and gone and it was absolutely awesome.  We spent 5 days in Burra, South Australia doing all sorts of crazy stuff as well as learning how we can more effectively share our Christian faith with other people.  We overtook a mid-north farm homestead and did stuff like eating heaps of food, doing crazy games, we tried fire making with sticks, lots of campfire cooking, night games, hikes, outdoor camping under the stars, waking up with ice on our sleeping bags, quiz night, an orienteering challenge, sheering sheep, making a feature film, generally having an awesome time with an awesome bunch of people.

Thanks to everyone who came and made this an absolutely amazing time.

Fully sick dude, we're doin' another camp! .... Err... sorry, I just had to get it out there, couldn't help myself, but yeah we are excited about the Teens Camp that's happening as part of the 2012 GFA Conference.

3 days of action packed fun, leaning and...... did I mention fun? It's gonna be awesome. We get kids from all over the country, maybe even overseas, some that you know, some that you don't, but one thing is for sure, you'll know them by the end. So many teens have been amazed at how fast they felt like part of the crowd because that's one of things we are big on, connecting and working as a group. We all need a place where we can have fun with other people who are in situations similar to our own, that's called positive peer pressure!

Combine fun with discipleship based teaching and loads of super cool stuff to do and you have the makings of a camp you don't want to miss. Be part of the 2012 GFA National Youth Camp - LIVING DANGEROUSLY but be prepared, you will no doubt have an awesome time.

Get down and get dangerous.
