Shipping/ Postage

Please allow 7-10 days for your order to be delivered.  Shipping charges depend on order size, and we use the most economical method unless given special instructions.  Contact the National Office if you would like exact shipping costs before placing your order. 

For international orders payment will be required by credit card prior to shipping the order. 

Payment can be made by credit card, either by real time transactioning or submitting your credit card details for delayed processing to confirm shipping or an invoice can be sent for payment by cheque, internet bank transfer or other payment options.

Online Security

Security is provided by using a secure server that encrypts your data when you proceed through our store.Check that the padlock symbol is displayed in your browser at all times, indicating the use of the secure server.

Real time Credit Card transactions are performed on the Paypal secure payment portal for your total peace of mind. Any Credit card information sent through this site is encrypted using secure GPG encryption and is never stored or left unencrypted at any time.

If payment is made via real time Credit card processing through Paypal, after the transaction is processed you will be re-directed back to our website and your order will be confirmed and completed.

We currently ship to the following countries only outside of Australia for purchases made via our online store.

New Zealand

If you are interested in purchasing our products for shipping outside of Australia to a country not listed here, please contact us via email with your request and we can arrange a special order.

For all international orders, shipping will be confirmed upon receiving your order and full payment will need to be made before dispatch.

Within Australia, shipping costs of your order are calculated at the following rates.

   $7.00 for 250g to 500g:
   $11.50 for 500g to 3000g:

For larger Express orders greater then 3000g, shipping will need to be confirmed, please contact us first.

EXPRESS RATES

   $9.00 for 0g to 500g:
   $13.00 for 500g to 3000g:
   $21.00 for 3000g to 5000g:
