Regional Leadership
Our regional leadership is a vital element of Growing Families Australia's efforts and a valuable resource to the local community. The husband and wife teams who co-labour with us desire to serve you and your local church by answering your questions, finding classes in your area, providing class support and facilitator training, and assisting in the formation and maintenance of a biblical parent ministry throughout the whole country from Darwin to Hobart, Brisbane to Perth.

GFA Managers: Andy & Robyn Hamdorf

They will need some adjustment time, so please be patient over the next few months as some delays and shortages are to be expected. It is a huge task to establish the office in the newly-built extension (almost finished) on their home, plus find local suppliers and printers for the resources that GFA produce. Please support them and their family in prayer at this time, and if you are local to Happy Valley in SA, consider giving them a hand to finish the building work and establish the office. Bill & Joan Grosser will be continuing as the National Directors. Their desire is to be able to spend more time “on the road”. Meet the National Office staff...
Bill & Joan Grosser are the GFA National Directors, and apart from their outside commitments locally, nationally and internationally, they are often around the office answering phones, making up orders, organising printing, and generally getting in the way as most good bosses do. They were married in 1965 and have 3 children and 4 grandchildren. Bill has been a TAFE lecturer in trades for many years and Joan was a registered nurse and midwife. Together they have been involved in "Christian Nurture" since they were teenagers. Currently, they run their own family, marriage and personal counselling clinic, and are interim pastors at Lynwood Christian Church.

Andy and Robyn Hamdorf are the GFA Administration Managers and live in Happy Valley, South Australia. They were present in 1996 when Gary and Anne Marie Ezzo held their first meeting in Adelaide at the invitation of Les Crawford. They have raised their 3 children, Annika 15 years, Corinne 12 years and Ethan 9 yrs using the firm biblical principles that GFI programs support. They have been abundantly blessed by the Ezzo's ministry and now believe it a privilege to give back to the ministry for all that they have received. Andy and Robyn are in the process of renovating their house to accommodate the GFA National Office administration and distribution centre.

This site is specifically designed for small group leaders and provides practical helps for starting and implementing a parenting ministry. Class leaders will find practical helps in nurturing and leading any one of the GFI classes, particularly Growing Kids God's Way. Leaders will also find a number of helpful forms and class ideas that will keep their classes on track. For the Growing Kids God’s Way leader, the journey starts here. This site is intended to serve as a ministry aide for small group leaders.
Derived from years of experience and the collective wisdom of Gary and Anne Marie Ezzo, their staff, regional representatives, and countless class leaders from around the world, this valued resource provides practical insights and lesson plans for successful discipleship. It serves as both a guide and a friend helping leaders maximize the learning experience. A good guide does not typically dictate or mandate every course of action on a journey; rather he or she supplies suggestions and directions based on experience and familiarity with the journey’s pathway. A good guide often becomes a trusted friend providing helpful information along the way. We hope the same can be said of this Growing Kids God’s Way Leaders’ site. While our intention is not to duplicate or replace the Growing Kids Leader’s Guide, we did desire to offer a quick reference to core principles and chapter summers of Growing Kids God’s Way.
